Can I switch my payment method after I place my order?

If you placed your order with Cash as the desired payment method, you have the ability to change your payment method to debit card via the My Orders screen in your Grassdoor account. 


Unfortunately, if you placed your order with debit card, Gift card, or Stronghold, the only way to change your payment method is to cancel and replace your order with the desired payment method. 


Please note that if you cancel an order placed with debit card or Stronghold, you may see a pending charge in your bank account. This charge will normally be released within 48-72 business hours, but may take longer depending on your bank.
